Change-triggered texts
Each new schedule is compared with the last one. Only the people whose work moved get a text, with the old date, the new date and what to do.
Tools we build from what we see on real programs. The first is Project Signal.
Project Signal turns a Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or Excel schedule into automatic text and email updates. When dates move, the people whose work is affected hear about it the same day, and their replies come back to the schedule.
We built it because the most common reason a trade misses a date is that nobody told them it changed. Schedules live with the scheduler; the people doing the work need a text.
From schedule update to confirmed trades, without a round of phone calls.

Recipients opt in before their first update. Opt-ins, STOP and HELP replies are logged.
Trades reply 1 to confirm, 2 to flag a conflict or 3 to ask for a call. Every reply is tracked against its activity.
Import .xlsx, .xer or .mpp files and print a clean Gantt chart, with one-click PDF export.
Weekly digests and a 4-week look-ahead, so owners see what moved without chasing anyone.
Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel/CSV and Twilio SMS, plus a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server.
We are taking on a limited number of Ontario general contractors and owners as founding pilot customers, with onboarding included. A Signal AI assistant for plain-English schedule questions is coming in Q4 2026; you can join the beta list now.
