Northgate Distribution Centre (fictional case study)

Northgate Distribution Centre is a fictional project. It is the single case study used in every BRC Academy lesson, so each contract clause, schedule, cost report and claim builds on the same facts. Northgate Logistics Inc. is also fictional. Any resemblance to a real project or company is coincidental.

Lessons cite this page as "the Northgate fact sheet". When a lesson adds a fact, such as a delay event or a change order, it is added here so the story stays consistent.
